They felt good right away. I recommend wearing no-shows, especially since they help with airflow. Top-quality leather, so it’s much more pleasant than breaking in synthetic materials. Bonus, they’re already softened so your feet just slide in.

How durable are they?

Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about scuffing them more. I’ve worn them all over the city, and I’m impressed with the durability. Nothing has torn, and the structure feels strong. Thanks to the vintage look, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.

How do they compare to other sneakers?

They’re the highest quality sneakers I have. I wear Vejas and Tretons too, but Golden Goose wins in both comfort and quality. There’s a secret wedge inside that adds support and height — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re crafted individually, so each pair is one of a kind. And the shine on mine? Absolutely gorgeous.

Would you recommend them?

Absolutely! Though I suggest looking for a deal. They’re expensive, so getting them with a promo is smarter. I’d pay several hundred for the quality, especially if you pick something you’ll wear a lot. Mine have pink glitter, but a neutral version would also go with everything.
